She is involved with music, such as marching band, orchestra and the Lincoln youth symphony. Melissa plays the harp in the orchestra and has been playing for 7 years. She plays profesionally and even has her own business. After high school, she would like to attend Ball State University and study music education. Her dream job would be to conduct and teach a high school orchestra group.
